Viktoriya Liberchuk is a commercial litigation attorney at Robert & Robert, PLLC. Ms. Liberchuk represents individuals, professionals, privately held businesses, property owners, corporations and partnerships in matters involving complex civil litigation and commercial and business litigation in state and federal court.
Ms. Liberchuk was the receipt of the prestigious Hon. Judith S. Kaye award (2018), which seeks to increase the number of women taking leadership roles in commercial cases litigated in New York's state and federal courts. She is admitted to practice in the state of New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Ms. Liberchuk earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Baruch College, the City University of New York, and is fluent in Russian.
